We always begin when we have money on hand. We are seeking bids and beginning the first 3 projects, and will begin the gym upfit once we have all funds on hand.
No! we will time this project so that services continue seamlessly.
The paving project, which is set to begin in mid-June will take three weeks. We will coordinate weekly with our paving contractor to make sure all ministries continue uninhibited.
You can give online with this link (https://graceforall.org/give/) and choose “Gym.” While we are only $1,608 away, we also eventually want to add showers. Any additional giving beyond what is needed will go toward showers (we are waiting for bids on these).
Yes, but only during supervised and programmed hours. All of our buildings are built for the community. The gym will follow that same philosophy.
It honestly depends on ministry priorities and community need. Our goal is ministry that impacts families in our church and community in a significant way to advance the gospel.
Yes! We have increased our operating reserves to 2 months (recommended by our accountant).
Yes! Our maintenance reserve fund is added to every year as our campus expands. We currently have $106k in this fund. This is used to replaced major pieces of equipment like HVAC units, and small ordinary things like faucets.
