The event will begin at Tom Johnson’s Camping World at 5:30pm. Gates will close each night at 8:30pm (No ticket is required)

The Innkeepers Journey will begin at Tom Johnson Camping World Pavilion. Gates at Tom Johnson’s Camping World (Campground) will open at 4:00pm and our shuttles will begin loading at 5:00pm.

This year you will not need to pre-register for The Innkeeper’s Journey. However we will only be accepting 1,000 people per-night.

The evening will begin at Tom Johnson’s Camping World where you will receive your boarding pass and have the opportunity to enjoy a hot beverage before loading our shuttle to Grace Community Church.
Once arriving at Grace Community Church you will transition onto a hayride that will drive you through Bethlehem. We encourage our guests to dress to the elements, as a majority of your time will be outside.

The Innkeepers Journey will last roughly 75 minutes from departing to returning to Tom Johnson’s Camping World.
Depending on attendance, there may be a short wait for your shuttle to load.

No, guest will arrive at Tom Johnson Camping World where they will climb aboard a shuttle that will transport them to Grace Community Church (Bethlehem). Upon entering Bethlehem guest will transition onto a hayride where their Shepard will take them through the Innkeepers Journey.
Handicap guest will have the option to drive through Bethlehem in their personal cars but, are still instructed to start their journey at Tom Johnson Camping World. Upon entering Tom Johnson our greeters will place you in a designated car lane and instruct you from there.
